When bombs fall on the Azovstal plant, people inside work hard to get to survivors and administer first aid. Civilians and soldiers are still trapped inside, still no end in sight for them to be evacuated. Mariupol will face even more challenges as warmer weather and large numbers of corpses in the streets will bring endemic diseases to survivors. Russia continues to shell evacuation corridors and is now stating they will only open them if no one blames "either side" if shelling continues. Basically Russia wants no blame put on them for not observing the agreed upon evacuation corridors in Mariupol so they won't open them unless they can be blameless for closing them
