Russia is committing genocide

Some general updates. In 2014, following the protests in Maidan Square and kicking out Russian influence in the Ukrainian government, there was a cultural reaction as well. All the Lenin and Stalin statues across the country were removed. All streets and locations that were named for Stalin and Lenin were renamed. Well, now Russia is working to undo that. This war is about erasing Ukrainian culture and imposing Russian culture on the people. In Zaporizhzhia, there is a Lenin statue being reinstated outside of a market. A market who has now been given new management, a Russian controlled market. We also know Russia is planning to use re-education techniques to further stamp out the Ukrainian identity and replace it with subjugation to Russian control education. In occupied territories, they are taking control of schools and their administration. Working to change education materials that will be pro Russian. Don't be surprised if news comes out that speaking Ukrainian in these occupied territories is also discouraged in some way. Make no mistake, Russia is committing genocide and their goal is the complete eradication of Ukraine. First step is to kill as many people as they can. Next is to terrorize the survivors so much that they fear Russia and lose the will to fight back. This is where rape is being used the most. The last step is to erase all identity of Ukraine from the survivors. This is a tactic Russia has a long history of using. We cannot allow Russia to erase Ukraine
