Москва (Moskva) was the flagship for Russia, named for its capital (Moscow is what we call it in English). Ukraine claims to have hit it with Neptune missiles while Russia claims it was just a random fire that broke out near munitions storage. Given the embarrassment for Russia, I am inclined to believe the Ukrainian reports. There are heavy storms over the Black Sea so we don't have satellite images. Russia claims the ship is being towed to a nearby port. Ukrainians on the ground say the ship has a very noticable tilt and clearly is taking on water, the first stages of sinking. There are also reports that the Russian fleet in the Black Sea is departing from ports and moving closer to the Russian border, out of range from Ukrainian strikes.
