Another version of the artwork for Ukraine's newest stamp. This one accurately reflects the 2 Neptune missiles Ukraine used to take the Москва out. US Intel has confirmed that Ukraine's sequence of events was accurate. Ukraine used a Bayraktar to distract the crew of the Moskva by flying the drone just out of range but close enough to raise concern. While the crew was busy keeping an eye on the drone, Ukraine launched 2 Neptune anti-ship missiles. These are missiles created and manufactured by Ukraine. At least one of these missiles ignited the munitions on the Moskva, contributing to sinking Moscow's flagship. This was the only ship with air defense capabilities for Russia in the Black Sea, providing defenses for the whole Russian Navy.
